Makes Me Want a Hot Dog Real Bad

Well hello July.

I’m late to this. And I never did a June wrap-up.

Well, I did write a June wrap-up but it was garbage and I trashed it. Which is saying something since I normally let some really winners loose on this poor little blog.

I worked all weekend which made it hard to sit down and write out anything worthwhile. Granted, it’s now 2:30 in the morning and I can’t sleep and this is my second attempt at a July post.

We’ve made it halfway through the year and it’s been an interesting roller coaster for sure. It feels like a good time to take a good look at what has passed and what’s to come.

Only, what has passed hasn’t been so great.

This year has been a struggle for sure and for sure but it has brought with it some interesting lessons. I’ve started to look upon 2018 as a year of redemption. What’s so funny is that, it always has been and I said as much without every realizing it. (LOOK BACK: My Apology Letter to 2017)

So for July, I’m looking for redemption.

That doesn’t sound right.

I’m looking to move forward.

I guess that’s really it.

I mean for this post.

I’m ready to move forward.

I certainly have more to say and I know I’ve got some fun stuff coming up that I’m excited to share as it comes.

For now. Let’s move forward shall we.
