Fun fact that I just learned: March 5th – 11th is Spring Cleaning Week in the UK.
But I live in America and I’m the worst so my spring cleaning week is going to last from March 1st – 31st.
I decided last night while I wasn’t getting any sleep that I wanted to use this next month to try and remove some of the clutter from my life. I’ve got a ton of books and movies that are just taking up space and I think it’s time to let them go.
Since I’m also in the market for more money, I’ve started looking into different apps and whatnot to make a little bit of money on the stuff I’m looking to get rid of. I’ll be hitting the old, go-to of eBay but for the things that no one is actively looking for, I’m gonna try to ditch them via some apps.
Gotta make my junk work for me!
I’m open to any suggestions that anyone has for selling off stuff.
After books and DVDs, the next step will be clothes. I have a feeling a lot of that will be donated but we’ll see what happens.
I’m considering cleaning out my office and turning it back into a bedroom to rent out but that’s up in the air at the moment.
It’s also time for a good deep cleaning on the house so that’s gonna happen this month. It, realistically, won’t take an entire month to get done but it’s going to be my goal for this month. Clean up my home and my life!
I will also be working on my year-long goals through all of this. The biggest thing will be to get back on the fitness wagon in a more routine fashion. Last month was sporadic at best. It’s just a matter of getting back into the habit.
I’m surprisingly awake earlier than I thought I would be so as soon as I’ve gotten some food in me I can get a workout in.
Everything else, now that it’s set in motion, can run on autopilot at this point. There’s a plan in place for saving, I’ve been traveling with a notebook for daily writing, and audiobooks are my best friend!
I’m excited to see what’s to come for this month!
